Progress Update

Things are progressing nicely with the Prospector buildings in Golden.  As of August 14th, Golden's City Council passed a resolution for cash in lieu parking for 15 spaces for the 13th Street and 37 for the 12th Street projects.  

The first planning submittal for 13th Street was delivered to the city on September 16th.  In early November of 2014, we expect the building permit for 13th Street.

Our project will provide 30 total parking spaces in structured garages which will be located underneath our buildings.

Prospector Place (13th Street between Prospector Alley and Jackson Street)
